Employing a unique, secure identifier resistant to cloning, they integrated this technology seamlessly into their manufacturing process. After rigorous testing, Rolls-Royce found iTRACE Technologies’ 2DMI® Two-Dimensional Marking Identifier to be highly effective, with authentication tests consistently identifying genuine parts and rejecting cloned ones, demonstrating the technology’s resilience against replication. Additionally, Rolls-Royce successfully implemented the marking on their production dot peen machines, ensuring comprehensive protection throughout their supply chain against counterfeit components.
