Leveraging Mojix’s software platform in its U.S. warehouses, FedEx achieves item-level tracking of aircraft components, facilitating quicker repairs by swiftly locating and delivering necessary parts. With plans for international rollout, FedEx aims to enhance operational productivity and achieve inventory control across its global inventory of approximately 8 million aircraft parts. The Mojix solution has already proven successful, enabling tighter inventory control, enhancing manpower efficiency, and yielding significant cost savings of over $7.5 million through found inventory since implementation.
